Política de reembolso

Willfredo Gerardo issues refunds to the original form of payment used on the order if your order:
* Is canceled by Willfredo Gerardo
* One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
* Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
*Willfredo Gerardo will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
*Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
* We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Therefore, please keep your proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping your returns.
* All returns must include an order packing slip or invoice from Online Return Portal indicating which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
* Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
* We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
*We reserve the right to define and limit, refuse solely, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:
* An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing."
* An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
* Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
*Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service online to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
